		<description>Agreed.  I thought of the same thing.  Even if you install orb or other omni-directional windmills, the quantity and placing should provide a good ROI.  By eliminating the majority of the tower cost and the cost of linking to the grid, it reduces the cost overall.  If not a windmill or in addition to a small solar panel should be added.  All means of increasing the energy input to the grid allows for reduced manufacture of energy.</description>

		<description>As long as the street poles are high enough above any neighboring buildings and such. Small windmills could also be mounted above the walkways that go over some of the highways. I live near Bangerter Highway in Utah and it has a lot of the big cement walking bridges over it. They are nice and high and few obstructions if any.</description>
